Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hexolus website, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by PT Sanjaya Solusi Digital Indonesia ("Hexolus", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including API tokens and webhook signing secrets.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@hexolus.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including Indonesian financial-services regulations.
- Process payments for goods or services that are illegal, fraudulent, or in breach of our payment processor's (Xendit) acceptable use policy.
- Send unsolicited or malicious traffic, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the Services for other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
- Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.
4. Payment processing
- Payment intake is processed through Xendit, a licensed Indonesian payment service provider. Your use of payment features is also subject to Xendit's terms.
- Hexolus retains a service fee on each transaction. The fee schedule is published in our API documentation and shown in each payment response.
- Settlements to your bank account are scheduled per our published cadence. We do not guarantee specific settlement timing — bank rails and Xendit processing times apply.
- Chargebacks, refunds, or disputes follow the rules of the underlying payment method. You agree to cooperate with any investigation.
5. Hosting and domain services
- Domain registrations are made through third-party registrars; their terms govern the registration relationship.
- You are responsible for renewal payments to keep your domains active.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted upstream availability — registrar API outages or pricing changes are not within our control.
6. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where reasonably practical.
7. Fees and billing
- Subscription fees, transaction fees, and any add-ons are billed per the pricing in effect at the time of use.
- We may change fees with 30 days' notice via email or in-app announcement.
- Failure to pay outstanding amounts may result in suspension of Services after a 14-day grace period.
8. Intellectual property
- Hexolus retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, documentation, and trademarks.
- Content you upload (e.g. invoice line items, customer records, attachments) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Hexolus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to Hexolus in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@hexolus.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, after providing reasonable notice when feasible.
- Outstanding balances remain payable after termination. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tangerang, Indonesia.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
